The purpose of this Ninja access to the Japanese car auctions is to search and buy cars exclusively using us as your auction agent. Please read below in its entirety.

Ninja provides you with exclusive access to all cars going through the USS Japan Car Auction system here in Japan. You may ask why we say exclusive?

The simple reason is that suppliers of Ninja like ourselves are provided limited Ninja slots that we can in turn offer to you, our customer. As a Ninja supplier we must pay USS Japan for each slot we provide, so some of us are very selective about who we offer it to.

If you have received this email, it means that we have provided you with temporary access to Ninja for either a 24 hour or 5-day period. This time frame is determined by us as a supplier upon your application.

After the trial period ends we either carry on as partners or we go our separate ways. It’s that simple. To carry on with Ninja we will require a bidding deposit upon the completion of the 5 day period. This deposit is determined by the price range of cars you are interested in buying.

No supplier of Ninja will provide full time access to Ninja unless you pay a hefty monthly fee (we do not charge this) or you continue to buy cars on a regular basis. Our conditions are in line with other suppliers and in fact we are the most giving in many cases comparably.

The following conditions apply to your trial period as follows and will end in your access possibly being terminated early.

1. If we have had no contact from you after Ninja has been issued, we will assume you are using our access for other purposes or are not really interested and just playing or searching cars but using another agent.

2. If you have not opened your new access in the allotted time frame which we can see the service will be terminated.

3.   For any reason we are not comfortable with the relationship we may contact you for additional information.

4. There will be no extension to the trial period. After it is finished you either become a semi-permanent member or go elsewhere. (by the way every supplier is the same)

5. If no purchase is made within the 3 month period and you want to continue you will be required to pay 10,000 yen monthly for this continuation.

6. If you have not purchased a car within 3 months and require your deposit back this will be done less 30,000 JPY for the 3 months Ninja was accessed and any bank or transfer fees associated.

Rules for semi-permanent access to Ninja

Semi-permanent access to Ninja may be provided after or before the trial period ends on a case-by-case condition depending upon both parties. To gain this semi-permanent access you will need to pay a bidding deposit which is determined by the price range of the vehicle you are buying. Once this is done, we will start translating for you and bidding on your behalf acting as your official auction agent-Japan partner.

While you are buying 1 car or more every 3rd month your Ninja will remain active for you to use as you wish and enjoy.

1.      If we have not heard from you with a translation request after the 3-month period ends from the last purchased car your Ninja access will be paused even if you are searching cars still.

2.      If you have not accessed Ninja for 3 months or more your Ninja access will be terminated.

3.      If your deposit has not been used for your last purchase it will remain active in our system and you can return at any time to buy cars without the need of an additional deposit.

We limit Ninja access after this 3-month time frame because it is a privilege to use and not a right simply because you have paid a deposit. The deposit is in place so that we can buy cars on your behalf. If you are not using your access accordingly and buying within the two-month time frame, we can offer it to another customer who is buying and you can come back at any time when you are ready to start buying again with your deposit in place ready to go.
